Instructions how to order
step 1 Select your preferred item list from the Product list
step 2 For each of your favorite items enter the amount you like to order.
Click this button next to your preferred item to add items to your cart.

CONTINUE SHOPPING



Click this button in the left frame to continue shopping.

Select the preferred type of shipping in the dropdown box in the left frame: Fedex or Postal Services (Priority or Economy Mail). Your order will be delivered to your doorstep. Click here for more information about international delivery times.

VIEW SHOPPING CART



Click this button in the left frame to view the contents of your shopping basket. You can also use the 'Continue' button at the bottom of each item list.
By clicking the button right of each item, you can remove items from your shopping basket. From here you can continue shopping (step 3) or continue to checkout (step 6).

GOTO CHECKOUT



Click this button in the left frame to continue to checkout.

step 7 Enter your personal information and shipping address.
You are a regular customer? Click the check-box to skip the payment form. Click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
step 8 The order is a gift?
Click the check-box to enter your friend's name and shipping address. You can choose for gift-wrapping by clicking the check-box. A personal message can be added in the last step of the order process. Click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
step 9 Choose your preferred method of payment. Click here for more information about our forms of payment. Click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
step 10 Check your order details. The order total includes shipping, handling and packaging.
step 11 If the order is a gift, you can enter a personal message that will be added on a card to your gift.
step 12 Take notice of our Terms of Service.
Click this icon to make a print-out of your order.
Click the 'Confirm your order' button to process the order form. You will receive a confirmation by email.
step 13 If you prefer to pay by creditcard a secure page will appear to enter your creditcard information. Fill in the credit card details and submit the form.
Instructions how to order for Apple/Mac users
Surf through the Products and order your preferred items by email.
Our online shopping system is designed for Windows. You may experience problems while ordering when you are using an Apple/Mac PC.
 
step 1 Select the items you like to order from Products.
step 2 Send an email with the order details. We need the amount per item and a short description of the item.
step 3 You can use our secure online payment. If you experience any problems we will contact you by phone to complete your order with creditcard details.
Instructions for shopping by request
Request for a quotation by filling in the 'Special request'-form.
 
step 1 Tell us what you're looking for. Be as descriptive as possible so we can best respond to your request.
step 2 Fill in your personal information. Please be sure that you type in your email address correctly. Click the 'Send Request' button to send your request. A confirmation page will appear.
step 3 You will receive a personalized response through email. Remember, you're under no obligation to buy and your personal information is safe with us.
